March 2025: Cowboy has officially retired and has moved to his new retirement barn! Stroker will also now be doing 1 hr rides maximum and will be retiring fully in the near future. We have gotten one new horse and plan on getting another one soon, but for now we are short on horses suitable for guests until we are able to get more. So, at this time we will only be able to take *TWO (2) guest riders* at a time for any rides over 1 hour until we get new horses in and evaluate and train them for our guest riders. We anticipate being able to take 4 guests at a time again for longer rides by fall this year (2025) if not sooner.

2023 has brought some important changes to our scheduling and plans for the future! With the addition of a new Wrangler, we now have more flexibility and new goals!

We have partially completed the small multi-purpose arena where we will be doing obstacle practice and acclimation, tutoring, training horses and more! There will be a wooden fence that goes around the entire arena once finished.

2022: We acquired two new horses, Bobby and Thor!

  • OPEN @ April thru November, yearly.

  • CLOSED in the Winter.

  • RIDES - Wednesday thru Saturday & some Sundays.

  • CLOSED All Mondays & most Tuesdays.

  • CLOSED Latter half of July thru first half of Aug for Summer Break.

• Safety Measure Alert !

  Inaccurate rider info - has become increasingly commonplace, & it's NOT acceptable or smart in this industry. It's a serious safety concern. We have modified a Scale, & Riders will be checked on it when they turn in their release forms (a legal document).
  (Riders who refuse this safety check, will FORFEIT their ride!)

  In addition, we also reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect you are high or drunk, as these are SAFETY issues and affect your ability to control and balance on your horse.

• Help by Grooming, Saddling and caring for Horses 

  ALL morning rides along with 3 & 4 hr rides are Groom-N-Ride = $10 off per rider. Coming early to help & groom your Horses is Mandatory to schedule a morning ride. It's too much work for someone to pull a No-Show !

• SAFE Horse treats

  Due to Metabolic concerns - Apples & Carrots are OUT.
  You are welcome to bring these "Low NSC" (Carb + Sugar) treats (FB Album Link) or ask us.

• "Riding Club" (packages of hours) ....

  Our goal is to become members only eventually. Rider's club cards will allow you to bring a guest, participate in members only days/activities, now and in the future. Our club cards also offer discounted rates and the more hours you buy, the more you save!

  We lost our Christmas Horse, our Unicorn - just 7 months after buying him. Moonshine "Moose" got ill & was Euthanized in Surgery at OSU. (His Eulogy Album link)
